Dear colleagues
An exciting autumn is awaiting us. A slight price inflation can be seen to emerge and health insurance premiums will rise again next year. Looking at the economic situation in the industry this is a good reason for wage negotiations and pay talks with the airlines, too. Preparations are in progress.
SEV-GATA Team completed
With the integration of PUSH into SEV-GATA we also need to provide for additional staff members in the aviation team.
The team is now consisting of following members: Regula Pauli (), Lucie Waser () Tony Mainolfi () and I (. We are all trade union secretaries at the SEV. Tony Mainolfi is particularly in charge of Geneva airport, Regula Pauli, the longtime all-rounder, is a specialist in questions of working hours and Lucie Waser, experienced in equality issues, will start working in the sector of air traffic together with Tony Mainolfi. I will also continue to perform the function as a leader of our team and president of SEV-GATA trying to keep everything under control. As before Ariane Mose, our administrative assistant, will contribute to the “real coordination duties” (, being a cornerstone of our now expanded team. At the SEV-central office there are also many services available for our members, from legal job protection to various other special services by qualified and motivated teams of specialists. Find more necessary information at www.sev-gata.ch.
