Swiss: CLA Talks
Swiss: Working Hours on Business Trips
2017 GM on April 25
Dear colleagues
The new year has begun. Important votes for employees in Switzerland are already ahead on February 12, 2017. The SEV committee has decided the following slogans: No to USR III, No to NAF, Yes to facilitated naturalization of the third generation. More details on the websites of the committees.
But your commitment is also called for in social partnerships - as well as at Swiss.
Swiss CLA Talks
The existing CLA is being further developed. Dates for negotiations were defined. During the period of validity of a CLA adjustments may be made by mutual agreement. Are you concerned about anything that should be regulated or revised in the CLA? Please mail us your queries by February 12, 2017 latest (mail to ). Afterwards we’ll compile our list of adjustments, align it with the other staff representatives, set priorities and take them into the negotiations with Swiss.
Swiss: Working Hours on Business Trips
Our intervention in terms of working time creditable during business trips pays off. Under the direction of trade union secretary Regula Bieri together with those directly concerned and Swiss we succeeded in achieving an improvement. Should a flight not be possible in the business class, the full travel time counts as working time (lack of recreation).
